I will never use this company or their products again. Their product are cheap, designed poorly, and use inferior material. eFaucets will lie about everything. They say they care about their customers but only thing they really care about the $$. Once you've paid, you mean NOTHING to them. I installed some of their products and now, when the products have failed and I am facing enormous plumbing bills for replacements, and repairs. BEWARE!
An earlier reviewer had said the relationship ends once they have your money. That is very true. Not even 2 hours after I sent the order (rough-ins), my emails, concerns and questions were ignored. When I finally got someone on the phone, they told me, "Sorry order is placed. I cannot help you now." Worse customer service of all time and not consumer oriented.
I purchased 3 Moen pop-up drains and didn't realize they did not have overflow holes - my mistake. I called and asked for an exchange, expecting to be charged for restocking & shipping. Since it is passed the 60-day policy, they told me to sell them on eBay. No returns, no exchanges, no help!
When my ordered was not received I called them. They said it will take another 3 weeks - so I canceled the order. They agreed to cancel but would not confirm my cancellation. I went ahead and placed an order another place as it was holding up my project. Now I get a note saying the order is shipped and will charge 35% returned goods fee. The customer service has been VERY rude and hard to deal with. Stay AWAY from this company. There are others who have product in stock and the reps are well mannered.
Ordering was easy, shipping was fast as advertised. However, be VERY sure about your order. Returning an item takes an act of congress! You need to call and get a return number. Then when you do return the item, sign their returned item agreement form and send via registered mail...be prepared to wait, Wait and WAIT! Try to call customer service to ask where is the refund (minus the restocking fee, of course) wait, Wait and WAIT more! Very nearly impossible! Other companies had similar prices. Steer clear of this ripoff!
FRONT ROYAL,, VIRGINIA -- I purchased a toilet seat, but the color did not match the color chart. I returned the toilet seat and have not been credited back the money yet. It's been over a month. After all my expenses, I will only get back about $6.25. I paid $25.74. I have to cover shipping both ways, $7.00 shipped to me, $9.00 shipped back. Then there's the restocking fee of 15% ($3.75). I will not order from this company again.

RACINE, WISCONSIN -- They advertised an item as "In stock with next day shipping." They charged me promptly. 26 days later I do not have the item and they are giving me a runaround over a refund. The company listed as their parent, online, does not provide a viable contact number.
