Regarding El Pollo Loco #3380 at 19762 Ventura Blvd., Woodland Hills, CA
I phoned the El Pollo Loco customer service line to make a complaint. This was approximately two months ago.
I went to this location every other day and every time I pass drive thru ever since the manager Siclie always get my order right.
