We requested a 'free estimate' from Empire Carpet to install berber rugs in our 2nd floor bedrooms and hallway. The salesman showed up ontime and was friendly and personable at first.
So I set up an appointment for a FREE estimate on carpet and installation. The scheduled time window was from 3 to 5 pm.
I answered an add on craiglist almost 2 years ago. I get a call from Empire somewhere around Mid June of 2011.
