I am posting this review on many many many different sites. I’ve been ripped off and I will not let it go… Thank you empire….
The only thing I can say is, DO NOT USE EMPIRE. We called and had a sales guy sent to the house and needed just a basic stainmaster carpet for the entire upstairs and the stairs themselves.
I had some work done in the house by Empire before, and I had no complaint about it, so I called Empire for some more business.
