CLEVELAND, OHIO -- I rented a vehicle in Lakewood, OH. I was told there would be a $50 charge for dropping the car at a different location. When I made arrangements I discovered there's no charge in Ohio! I drove the car to the Toledo airport to drop it off. Every employee I dealt with was polite, helpful & easy to work with. I was sitting on the plane when I was paged overhead. I had dropped my debit card near the Enterprise return counter. They had the card brought right to me while I was on the plane!!!Add reply
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I've spent $1200 with Enterprise so far this year and reserved a car for a month long rental, car is in the shop waiting on a backordered part. When I went to pick up my car at 5:30 on a Friday, they didn't have any cars, nor did they bother to call me and let me know that they were out of cars so I could try to find one elsewhere. I was upset, left, called them about 10 minutes later and let them know I wanted them to try to get me a car from another location 2 miles away. I was put on hold and then hung up on, leaving me stranded in downtown Houston.Add reply
DENHAM SPRINGS, LOUISIANA -- I rented a vehicle from Enterprise. The windshield had a small nick on the passenger side. While driving it, I received a small nick on the drivers side way down near the wiper blades. It was not in my vision. I turned the vehicle in yesterday and was charged $184.21 for a new windshield. I find this bad policy not to try and fix it for a cost of maybe $30 to $40 dollars. I will not rent again from Enterprise because of this.Add reply
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- My son and I were traveling to Chicago and our flight got delayed twice. We realized that we were going to be arriving at Midway Airport 12 hours after our original morning pickup time. When we called Enterprise they advised us that their location would be closing 15 minutes after our flight arrived! When our flight got delayed yet another half hour we left a message to say "Nevermind", assuming we would have to spend an unplanned night in a hotel in Chicago.

They called back to say they would stay open and wait for us the extra half hour past their closing time. They waited; were pleasant when we arrived, we got our car and we were extremely grateful. Wonderful customer service!

Returned a rental on 29/04/2013 and was promised return of my deposited in 20 business days, however its been nearly 2 months. I've contacted the corporate office n the location office I rented from but all I got was a bunch of crap thrown at me. 3561 n military hwy, Norfolk VA 23518 is the location of the rental office. MERIDIAN, MISSISSIPPI -- I had made reservations for a van to go on vacation with my family. The reservation was made for 6/20 and to be returned 6/24. Online the TOTAL charges came to 324.08. I was told that I would have to pay a 150.00 deposit plus 10.00/day for an additional driver which totaled 514.08. I returned the van on the 24th and was told that I could only get 57.64 back for a deposit. Let me remind you that there was no findings on the vehicle.
The paper that "T" gave me upon return states that I picked up the vehicle on the 19 for a total of 5 days when it's really 4 days. Prices are totally different from what I reserved and I am not satisfied. I called hours ago to try and get this resolved and was told that "T" was on lunch break and that she would call me back when she returns from lunch. I'm going to do whatever it takes to get the rest of my deposit back because it's not fair and rates shouldn't change once reserved. Bad business.
If it's not taken care the right way then I will be sure to tell everyone I know in person, over the phone, through social media, or however. I'm very upset!!!!
