BURBANK, CALIFORNIA -- I was on Sears site during the holidays, and this pop-up came on saying try this new perfume that Sears will be premiering. Just s/h will be applied and they will send the perfume out. There was no condition box that I recall I pressed, and I know about conditions/boxes, and how you will have charges charged to your account after trial period ends, there was no statement of this.

The reason why I ordered was, I work for Sears and wanted to smell the new perfume that they so called, said was going to be sold at Sears. In the meantime the Entice Company has charged my credit card 95.00, plus the s/h of 7.99 - the perfume smells the worst I've ever smelled. Please help the situation, and stop this company from pirating the Sears site, and others, Thank You Monica Medeiros

The same type of thing happened with me except I took a survey. They said it was free and that I had won the cologne. All that I would have to pay was shipping and handling. Well they hit me with the same charge of $95.00

Same thing happened to me, from a survey. bad thing is that I didn't noticed the charges right until checked my bank account and noticed that had 2 unauthorized transaction from ENTICE perfume. I emailed ENTICE to complain so they suspend the subscription cuz they said you need to email or call before the 14 day you receive the free sample, well I was charged with $95.00 and and $62.00... but I told them I haven't received any of those except for the 1st bottle. so they sent 3 bottles and no charge.

I recently bought two southwest airline tickets and signed up for their rapid rewards program. A popup appeared that said since I was a valued customer, for a 7.99 shipping charge, I could receive a watch or perfume. I chose perfume and received a bottle 3 days later. Upon return from our trip, I received another bottle of perfume and I discovered my card had been charged $95.00 plus $7.99 plus $49.99 for the second bottle.. I called entice and got an obstinate individual who insisted the trial period had expired. I notified Visa

The same thing just happened to me! I am outraged! What did you guys do? I never clicked to agree to the terms and conditions! I called their customer service department and they guy basically told me that I am screwed out of $100! I am calling my bank to try to stop the charge from going through, but other than that, I'm not sure what else I can do. Any help/suggestions?

I ordered it 3 days ago, got it today. I just read your comments, so I went to my bank acct. I was charged $5.99 for S/h. There is no other charges right now. My ad popped up when I was on Ancestry. I am keeping this # in case it does show up. Thanks for the info.

I was taken by this company also. I was charged $95.00 plus shipping and handling. This fragrance is horrible. I contacted the company and they said there is no return policy and this was on the site. I do not recall seeing this information. Do not fall in this trap. Something should be done to stop this practice

Is I'm upset right now because I have never even receive the trying one and they when in to my account get $95.00 out

went to midnight velvet and survey came up to say take this simple survey and receive product for shipping of $5.99. Next thing I know my credit card is charged $95. Call the company to complain and was told by the rep that they posted the terms of call to cancel within 10 days of paying shipment and the product is free. pity that was not printed where I could see it or I would not give my card information to them. They have misled so many people and need to be shut-down or operate a legitimate business. And is the product was great I might not have been so pissed-off, but it STINKS JUST LIKE THE COMPANY!!!!!!
