On Nov 18, 2000, I ordered a Folk Guitar online at the E-Track's website. To date, I have not received it. I used my debit card when placing the order. The charge shows on my bank statement as having paid e-track on Nov. 22, 2000. Despite numerous telephone calls and emails, I have received no assistance in resolving this lack of delivery despite my payment for the item. To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following: a refund of my money ($90). At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
