ARLINTGTON, TEXAS -- I recently purchased an H700 blue tooth from Exotic Phone.com. The earpiece did not work and I had to ship it back at my own expense. When I called the office to complain, I was informed the none of the H700 Bluetooth were not working and I had to choose another model which I was told was more expensive.It ended up being the H500 which in fact is cheaper that the H700 which I had already priced in stores and on the internet. I sent four email and got no response. After I called the office number the representative told me that I should have called instead of using the email option that is posted on the website. Now after this I received an H500 in the mail. Upon receiving it the first thing that I noticed is that it looked used and the power unit was loose and did not work. This is now the second Bluetooth that did not work. I appears that the product are somehow second hand or not authentic. I complained to the store and was giving the runaround about the faulty Bluetooth. I strongly do not recommend this website to anyone. The website is www.exoticphone.com

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK -- I ordered my cell phone, a samsung x820, only to find out 4 days later it was back ordered. They did not even bother to tell me! I had to call and find out why my order was taking so long to ship out.
I decided to cancel my order. Hiding a backorder is usually a sign that a company is not on the up and up. Despite canceling, two days later exoticphone.com shipped me the phone! When the UPS man arrived I refused delivery. What disturbed me even more was that the phone was shipped ground, even though the company charged my credit card an extra $35 for 2 day air.
I called to find out why they shipped the phone even though I canceled and the rep told me "Sorry. You will be refunded for the phone, not the shipping."
I nearly flipped out after hearing that. So they send me a phone I canceled, and expect me to pay for their mistake???
After threatening to file a consumer complaint he said "ok ok, full refund"
But guess what? I never got the refund. I called one week later to ask why I have not been refunded, and after speaking to three different "managers", the last one told me "Oh sorry, we made a mistake. These things happen. We will refund you soon"
I asked if they will give me a full refund including the shipping. A man name Bill replied "I don't know, its up to my boss".
So three weeks later, I still have not been refunded. If they do not issue a refund by the end of this week, I'll have no choice but to do a charge back.
These are the most crooked, dishonest and scheming cheats I have ever encountered in online electronics. I've ordered over a hundred items online over the years and never experienced such a web of deceit.
