FARMINGDALE, NEW YORK -- I loved the favors I choose but was so nervous I wouldn't receive them for my event. I ordered from another company and they called me a week later to tell me the love dove salt and pepper shakers I ordered were out of stock and to choose something else. I cancelled my order and called favorwarehouse. They informed me that yes this item was out of stock with the manufacturer by that they had 150 pieces left. They shipped me 100 pieces that day.

I paid for 3 day air and had them on Friday (my wedding was on Saturday)! They were perfect! :)

Thanks for the review. This is the first I've heard of this company. I see some complaints (and now a compliment to balance things a bit), but there are not enough reviews for me to draw any conclusions yet.

Favor Warehouse Review - Poor Service

I placed my order on June 2nd. I sent them email on June 5th to check on the status of my order but no response. Their website shows that they are still processing my order. I called them on June 9th and was told that it takes them 5 days to process the order. They said that my order will be shipped out that day on the 9th and I will receive them by June 16th. I sent them email again the next day to get the tracking number but no response. I didn't receive my order on June 16th so I called them again. I was so upset when their customer service representative told me that my order is going out that day and that the items I ordered was on backorder. They didn't tell me that when I called on the 9th! I could have cancel my order and get them somewhere else! I ended up cancelling my order since it will not arrive in time for my event which was on June 20th. They just wasted my time and didn't have the party favor to give out and now I'm still waiting for them to refund me my money! Do your self a favor..DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I suggest that you dispute the charges with your credit card company.

Poor Service

The Favor Warehouse does not answer e-mails or return phone calls. I called continuously and they did not answer the phone. After placing a rush order they informed me 10 days later that they did not have the product. I had to order something else.

The personalized ribbon was very poor quality and the lettering rubbed of very easy. I will never shop there again!

Mr and my fiancé wanted to quickly share our positive experience shopping for wedding gifts and favors recently for our upcoming wedding celebration.

After months of shopping around in local wedding stores and searching the internet we were pleasantly surprised and rewarded when we decided to make all of our wedding favor purchases from Favor Warehouse. We got the lowest prices combined with timely shipping and pleasant customer service.

We'd highly recommend this company to any couples looking for an online one stop wedding gift shop.

hmmm, seems not everyone agrees. In fact, a cursory google turned up a lot of complaints about this place.

Well, in my experience they have been great too!
I asked them about the complaints...found like 20 in all online. Their response was more than acceptable to me.
They ship hundreds of orders out per day. They have been in business for 5 + Years. So what percentage complaints is that like 0.000000000001%. I mean seriously. Please a customer and they are usually unlikely to write a review...but ship something late once and a company can get blasted all over the internet. I think complaint sites are overated spam engines.
