No Refund on 1 of 2 Items Returned - No Customer Service

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I talked my husband into purchasing 2 rings from their web site just before Xmas 2011.
Both rings came in one shipping box, but were the wrong sizes, not what we ordered. We both called them over and over and they never answered their phones. We emailed them from their web site, and joined the many complaining on their blog... After 4 weeks they sent him a return authorization number (RAN #) and he placed BOTH rings back into the same shipping box they arrived in and sent them certified mail.
They were signed for and approx. 3 weeks later, and many threatening emails, we received a credit for one of the rings... They say we needed another RAN # for the second ring. They are not disputing we returned both but they have their merchandise and our money
