GREENVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- DID NOT DELIVER and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I do not usually post comments but was extremely disappointed in fromyouflowers.com. I ordered flowers for a special occasion. The flowers were not only promised to be delivered same day, but needed to be delivered on the day for the purpose! My credit card was charged so I assumed the order was placed and flowers delivered. I got a call 2 days later from the company saying that the flowers could not be delivered on the day promised or the day after, but would I like to have them delivered the following day (3 days after ordering)?! Oh, and "for my inconvenience," the delivery fee would be waived! (WELL, I WOULD HOPE SO, CONSIDERING THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE!!!!!). I would have also liked to be offered a % off, but they "could not do that." I declined, asked for my money back and called a local florist. Spent a little extra in the end but my flowers were delivered same day with a smile!Add reply
My husband ordered flowers for my boss because she did us a favor. When they came I thought they looked cheap. Pattie said she loved them (of course). When I got home I asked him about the flowers. He showed me the picture online. They looked nothing like the picture. I emailed my disappointment and they send me a $10 off my next purchase. Are they crazy - Who would buy from them again???? No flowers at visitation
OLD SAYBROOK, CONNECTICUT -- My Niece's visitation was Feb. 14, 2013 at Forest Lawn in Covina Hills, CA. I instructed fromyouflowers.com to deliver the white rose casket spray in time for the visitation at 5:00 P.M. on the 14th. ... read full review3 Replies - Latest reply on 03/07/2013
I place two orders- one for each Mom of mine- my mother and my mother-in-law. Let's start with my mother's order- it came in and was not at all what I ordered. When I called customer service about it, their computer translated it to a different bouquet, instead of the radiant Peruvian Lilly bouquet, however, my confirmation was what I ordered. Not only was it not the Lilly bouquet, it didn't even look like the other- the flowers were from ROYER'S flowers- a shop I don't shop at because they make terrible bouquets locally and I recommend you do not use them. They sent DEAD carnations and 7 Lilly flowers. I called customer service and got my money back but Royer's gets to pick up the flowers? They ruined my gift and I don't think I should have to give back the flowers.

Now let us move on to my Mother-In-Law's order. They were supposed to be delivered on Saturday to her home... and I find out on Saturday night that they never arrived. Customer service offered to redeliver on Tuesday, because they couldn't deliver Monday- so I agreed to this rather than getting all of my money back because I wanted my Mother-In-Law to have flowers for Mother's Day. So, it is now Tuesday night and my Mother-In-Law never got her flowers.
I called customer service and got my money back. I will never EVER use fromyouflowers.com again.

My story is similar to the ones I read (wish I had read them beforehand!). I ordered flowers from this company for a high school graduate. I was impressed that they could do a Sunday delivery. I received a call Monday that they could not make the delivery and would send an apology note and upgrade at that time. Very robotic employee, no apology, no remorse. Most people that send flowers need it sent on a particular day, timing is very important or its not the same. This company is awful, awful. Beware!1 Replies - Latest reply on 06/12/2010Add reply

I then called the company to remind someone to deliver the flowers. The person on the line promised to email me when the flowers were delivered. I got no email. When I next called I was promised that the flowers would be delivered the next day and I would get a call from the company when that happened.
I called the next day and the flowers were delivered a day after her birthday but FromYouFlowers never took the initiative to contact me as promised.
TEXAS -- I mistakenly ordered a spray for a funeral that we weren't able to make out of town, from fromyouflowers.com. I didn't get the details until Sunday morning. Ordered the flowers online - for guaranteed same day delivery. They were ordered by 9am - well before the 2pm cut off for same day. They verify by zip code if they can do it. I got a call at 2:30 pm that day - saying they couldn't make the delivery. Unbelievable - so now I can't make any arrangements with any florist because it is after 2pm.

So now - we have nothing to offer our condolences to a long time family friend, to a funeral we cannot make.
