Terrible Customer Service/Not Truthful

October 2005 I contacted Gateway - my monitor, still under warranty, ceased working - I am still waiting for my monitor - I've been told untruths, hung up on, spoken to rudely, orders canceled, waited long periods on the phone until disconected, waited long periods on line using a computer at the library until disconnected - Gateway has behaved and is behaving in a manner that makes me wonder how it stays in business - I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING MADE BY GATEWAY AGAIN!

I won't buy from Gateway or Dell. They both use you up and spit you out.
