Global tel link are crooks and apparently not aware of how to run an business. This collect service allows you to place 25$ or 50$ on a account and connects you.
I am very frustrated by my experience with Global Tel Link, I have set up a pre-paid account so our dayughter can call us from jail. So far we have only gotten one call thru.
