UPPER MALBORO, MARYLAND -- Well Sat afternoon we decided to go to Golden Corral. First we didn't get a waitress because it was a change of shift. Then the bathroom were really dirty and the hand soap were on the walls but you have to have 3 hands on to hold the soap so it won't move and another one to push the soap out and the last hand to get the soap. The pink lemonade tasted like dirty water. When I asked the manager, he didn't do anything. He just said, “Well that's how the lemonade is." There were not many waitress so the plates kept piling up. There were no utensils so you have to ask around. Not a good experience.

Parents Watch Out

NOBLESVILLE, INDIANA -- I just want to start that I have been a customer since they opened and I have never been dissatisfied with my service. I also want to let you know that as long as ** is a manager I will never ever eat there again. He was very rude and needs customer service classes. I am also going to post my experience at all mommy website in my area to let moms know what type of service they will get when eating with their children. I called ** the owner and left a message with what happened.

I went to eat with my children today and I served my 10 month old some spaghetti noodles and meatloaf on a plate and if you know babies they really are not the cleanest. I told the server, whom by the way was very nice, that I would clean it up because it was messy. She was laughing and told me not to worry about it that she would take care of it. A while later a man comes over with a broom and dust pan and asked if he could sweep up the mess because it looked really bad and I acknowledged that and told him that I would of picked it up but that the server said not to worry about it that she would take care of it.

After that he asked me if they were this messy at home and I said yes they are but that I have dogs at home that clean up whatever mess they make. At that time it was still a normal conversation so I thought. After that he told me that if they were his kids that they would be eating it off of the floor. He was being serious... I told him that he was 10 months old and doesn't know any better and he said yes they do... And I told him that he was wrong and you can't do that. I was kind of shocked and didn't really know if that was an insult to me or if he was just an idiot and didn't have any children or if he did does he really treat a baby that way....

After that conversation I was kind of like, is this a insult and I starting having the feeling that what he said was not appropriate and that if was a jab at me and my parenting skills. I was furious and I actually talked to him after my meal and was shocked to hear that he was a manager at the restaurant. I told him that I was very upset about what he had just said and that I would be contacting the owner, he actually brought me the number. I also told him that what he said was inappropriate and rude and at first he asked me what was so wrong about what he said.

And I told him that you don't talk to people that way and that you don't make kids eat food off the floor if they drop it and he said that he would make them eat it off the floor. What type of people do you hire at your restaurants. Even if my children were messy it's not appropriate for a manager to make you feel like you are a bad parent for letting them be children. Like I said I will never eat there again and don't send me any coupons unless this manager no longer works there...

BENSALEM, PENNSYLVANIA -- Went after church with many people. We were served a meat. Dark brown. Fell apart. No pink. And not even close to prime rib. We even waited for a new meat to come out. Not even in the same planet as prime rib. Total rip off. Love the ads. The commercials. The pictures on the wall. But that is not what they serve, it is barely meet. And I paid extra for this crap. And was embarrassed. Never ever again. I want a partial refund.

LANCASTER, PENNSYLVANIA -- I love Golden Corral! The buffet is awesome. From the chocolate fountain to the rolls, to the mac and cheese, Golden Corral is amazing. However, I had a very negative experience at Golden Corral and I was lucky I avoided it. I was cutting up strawberries to put in my ice cream, and out crawls A SPIDER!!! It was one of the scariest moments of my entire life. Overall, Golden Corral is an amazing restaurant, they just need to be better with their cleaning.

MICHIGAN -- I think Golden Corral was a nice place to eat as a family dinner. It was my first time and I bought the whole family. It cost me 71 dollars and we walk in and saw a chocolate fountain and my son went to the bathroom and said there was vomit on the toilet. It is a real nice restaurant but it seems like they care more about is getting full than cleaning their toilets. Definitely not going there again.
