Every time I look up something on Google, I'll type in for example 2000 Buick climate control. I get put on sites that have nothing to do with what I'm looking for. If I want to print coloring pages for my grandkids, I get sent all over kingdom come but not to a site that I can download. It is frustrating to say the least.

The search engine is currently changing the wording on my search line to coincide with whatever is someone else's current interests. It is like driving a car with no steering wheel. I can stop and put it in reverse and delete what Google has added, but the words return along with the page. I can just go down the page until I find or don't find what I am looking for, or I can add extra words to fill the spot and do the same. Why use an annoying addition to the search experience?

GAITHERSBURG, MARYLAND -- On October 18, 2011, I went to sign into my account and my password which I have not reset or changed isn't being accepted. I've tried every step GOOGLE has to remedy the situation and nothing worked. You have to wait for them to investigate 24 hours. This is RIDICULOUS. What's even more absurd is that they don't have a number you can dial to reach a support person who can help you right away.

Google has taken over the print aspect of all computers and forces you to use their program of Print Preview when printing things off the web. It's a terrible program and you have no way to disable it. You can change anything on the page. The type is small items are not centered when printing say a UPS Label. The type is so small. It's almost impossible for UPS to read the address.

I have tried various ways to be connected to Pogo to no avail. I have not gotten any solutions as of yet. If Google has a problem with its internet it would be appreciative for an answer. It is frustrating not knowing what's wrong and I find it rude not to answer.

WORCESTER, MASSACHUSETTS -- I tried to download Google Chrome 4 times now and every time my virus protection stops it and there is a virus embedded in it. Who the hell want it.
