NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA -- I have an ongoing battle with Grand Furniture. I made my purchase April, 2011. With my purchase I bought an extended warranty because I was getting my first big screen TV I felt it necessary. My TV has since stop working. I called the warranty company only to find out my TV was not covered. I asked the clerk several times before I completed my purchase. He said I had an 5 yr. warranty. Now I'm stuck with a broken TV and I still have 1 more year on my contract.
