HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA -- I spoke 11 with Peter today requested refund within 90 days of using product. I expressed how it did nothing for me. I am really disappointed perhaps the 2% it failed, Peter rambled on about how it has worked for 98% of customers, no doubt I don't care I fit the 2% of customers not satisfied. I feel I should have to continue using a product I feel does not work, it was like eating candy and a candy distasteful.
I cancelled auto-pay April 16th because I knew I didn't want to pay for another order. I have taken product up to present date April 25th 2012, hate it and Peter just rambled on about I had to take product up to June 11th before company would consider my refund. I were told after first order the very next order I would pay for one order at $39.95 and received second order April.
I will not continue taking a product that I am not satisfied with, he just continued to frustrated men until I realized gimmick no refund and make his job easier by following his company's protocol, keep talking about 98% customers were satisfied gimmick and I will just hang up which is what I did because any distress would cause me to have a seizure I cannot dispute in any situation for health reasons, I said, "OK don't want to hear your rambling any longer." I said, "I would never recommend product to anyone I know under restricted conditions of company." I just believe that are fake and does not stick to terms and way to take your money, that's what happen.
