Old Cupcakes

Since I cannot figure out how to reply to a review I am writing another one. To the person who bought OLD cupcakes from Hostess from Sam's Club, be advised that the company went out of business a few years ago. Chick the expire date on the box. Sans gets old stuff cheap.

PENNSYLVANIA -- I purchased a large box of cupcakes from Sam's Club and in the box was this hard and discolored cupcake. This is not the first time this has happened. So who do you complain to?

BETTER VALU, CONNECTICUT -- I just bought Hostess cupcakes at the store and they were stale, and the chocolate top had a white haze on it, like stale chocolate! I will never buy Hostess again! They are not the same.

BRONX, NEW YORK -- When my beloved Ring Dings, Cherry pies, Yodels, Yankee Doodles, Crumb Cakes Funny Bones and Coconut Cookies went off the markets I was perplexed then I found out that Hostess owns Drakes and I'm so sad. While Hostess Twinkies were never my thing I LOVED Drakes products ! Never once did I hear that Drakes was going to disappear too! I wondered if anyone else knew this?

Fillingless Twinkies

I purchased a package of Hostesscakes Strawberry & Creme filled twinkies and to my surprise, neither one of the twinkies had filling. I was very upset to experience that.

I've been eating Hostesscakes products for a long time and never had a problem, until now.
