I can't get rid of these people. I keep getting charged over and over and given misinformation about my account being closed but there are still charges pending. It has been a nightmare and the product did nothing for me after 2 months. Beware! 1 Replies - Latest reply on 08/30/2010Add reply
Very misleading and does not work. It claims to take up to 60 days to see the full results, though there never were any. They offer initial free trial though they charge at the 30 day point if product not returned (at your expense).
Complete hassle and the customer service was very rude. The trial was not worth the head ache.
MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA -- This is the worst product ever and the company is such a scam! They advertise a free trial and send you two jars of eye cream all you pay for is shipping and you can cancel at anytime (product does NOT work). Not the case at all! When I tried to cancel they said "no problem" and gave me no hassle but then towards the end of the conversation, he suavely says "we will just bill you $139.90 for the product we sent you". I said "are you kidding me?" They want to now charge me for supposedly "free product". I can't believe this company. Now they want me to pay for shipping the product back to them! What a joke.

I'm sure this won't be the end of it. Stay far far away from this product and this company!!!
This product did not work in reducing wrinkles around eyes and removing dark circle. Now I must pay S&H twice to return this junk. I use Oil of Olay and get them same results for 1/4 of the cost.

Please be careful when ordering if you are expecting miracles as the radio ad states.
JERSEY CITY, NEW YORK -- I felt that I was tricked into a receiving a miracle cream, Hydroxatone for $2.00. After getting my credit card details to pay my $2.00 postage .. the account came up as an $139.90 total amount in which they will keep sending the products and bill for creams in which I do not want, I just wanted to try the free?? sample I have tied to contact by phone several times but to no avail. the phone no are 001180023587491. which is a Jersey city in the USA . I live in Australia and can imagine the cost of the calls.1 Replies - Latest reply on 02/10/2014Add reply
I sent for free sample, they rang me and said it is in USA so I canceled order. Then I see my credit bill $1.99 but next bill they took $69.95 I have written them and told them to stop, today I got home to find a package from them I have not opened it but I am betting there is going to be another charge on my statement from them which I can't afford, so wanting to try free sample only is sending me broke and giving me stress. Some one needs to stop this scam they are doing robbing people who only want a freebie to try THIS SCAM NEEDS TO BE STOPPED AND MONEY RETURNED TO PEOPLE1 Replies - Latest reply on 01/04/2014Add reply
SCAMVILLE, NEW JERSEY -- I tried "free sample" from Hydroxatone and I did not like the product. I called and after being very affirmative that I did not want to order this product or pay for it.!! I was told to return product in timely manner which I did. I just checked my bank account and I was charged for the Hydroxatone face cream that I only used 1 time. I returned this product with 2 full jars and the toning lotion that was sent to me. I am shocked that I was treated this way and I want my money back!! I just recently went on disability and I explained this to the customer service agent I spoke to. I didn't like it and I couldn't afford it. I can't believe this company treated a disables woman on a limited income this way during the Christmas season no less!!

I will get my money back if I have to go to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal trade commission, the Attorney general, or my local congressman. This is Fraud. I was scammed. Don't try this product!!
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I never observed the results promised in their advertisements. Furthermore, you can purchase products containing the same or similar ingredients, at your local drug store and probably for a lot less. ... read full review3 Replies - Latest reply on 12/07/2013
I cancel the product but they still tried to bill me for it and send the product back that I had as a trial package, I don't think that is right. 1 Replies - Latest reply on 01/29/2013Add reply
I received a sample and so glad I did not invest any money for this product. The product feels weird and flakes when used. Skin was red when I removed it. 4 Replies - Latest reply on 05/30/2013Add reply
JERSEY CITY, ILLINOIS -- After I received the product I tried it and it broke my face out the next day. I then emailed the company and called them to let them know I could not use the product anymore and to stop sending me products. they did not listen and still sent me product today which I am sending a total of four back. but then continue to charge my credit card and refuse to refund any money back to my credit card. How can this company get away with stealing peoples money and charging their credit cards for a product they can not use and do not want, Someone needs to stop them now!5 Replies - Latest reply on 03/19/2013Add reply
DO NOT buy this!! This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. The creme is basically butter. Like the butter you put on your bread and they charged my credit card too many times. I canceled my card & SOMEHOW they got my new credit card number and took even more money. I had to file fraudulent charges with my bank.

DO NOT under any circumstances order this product!
I read an advertisement, of course which included the before and after pictures. I am about to turn 50, and I'm still attractive, but, the lines are getting deeper and I don't like it! To tell all of you the truth, for my age I don't look that old. I have used lotion with vitamin E in it, and ladies, I can get this at a dollar store for under a dollar and the vitamin E is a good product for your face!..I even use an oil of just vitamin E at night. When I tell people my age, they are surprised. I would tell younger women to stay away from foundations if you don't need them. I honestly believe that they, in time, ruin your skin. I also strongly suggest that young women wash there face every day and night and use the vitamin E cream. You may feel like I did at a younger age that I didn't need to, but, in the long run you will be glad you did.1 Replies - Latest reply on 01/26/2011Add reply
I fell for their ad, even though I knew better. No such thing as a free trial with this company. I called to cancel product and was convinced to try for a few weeks longer. I cancelled on time but received another shipment. I was told to return the product, which I did but did not receive a tracking no. as the post office said since product was not opened, it could be returned to sender. When I was billed, I called customer service who said it was not received and they could not check it without a tracking no. They would have to know it was received because they would have had to pay the postage. I now have been billed twice for the $69.95 in the same month. I do know I was negligent in not using their procedure for the return, but I feel they are not a reputable company. The product itself was very greasy and heavy and did nothing

for me. In face, after using it, I seemed to develop wrinkles. A lesson learned, stay away from TV offers such as this. They are hard to reach and then are very rude and inconsiderate.
Warning: If you ever find yourself speaking to any Marketing Company that is promoting this Product and offers gifts and incentives that seem to good to be true, with a 100% refund policy and they want your credit card. Hang up immediately. I discovered that my senior citizen mother was sweetly persuaded into getting involved with this Product. Be warned it is about as beneficial as rubbing a $4.99 coating of Vaseline. Vaseline actually produces better benefits in my opinion. I am sure they have tons of Printed Literature as to why it works and why it is the best product on the market. I returned everything and cancelled the transaction with my credit card company. The one thing you can be sure of if you get involved with this company is they will have every possible excuse for the marketing misrepresentations as they hire a 3rd party organization to promote the product and sucker new customers.

Do your homework before ever giving your credit card and remember you do not have the same credit card protection with a debit card as you do with a REAL CREDIT CARD.
JUST DON'T DO IT! IT'S A SCAM AND THE STUFF DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Add reply
JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY -- Just a warning to anyone who might be interested in trying the under eye cream or for that matter any product from this company. Set aside that the product did not work for me at all - the PROBLEM came when I tried to cancel all future shipments. I called January 29th and explained that I no longer wanted the automated shipments ($146.85) and to please cancel all future orders. The person (male) that I spoke with had no problem in canceling my order etc... March came around and I received another shipment - I called again and explained that I cancelled the "membership" in January. Unfortunately I did not retain my cancellation number and they knew they had me at that point. I contacted my credit card company and they investigated, unfortunately they were not able to help me either. This companies error cost me another $146 - you just got to ask yourself if this isn't a part of their overall plan. They got an extra $146 from me but I learned a good lesson - don't sign up for anything from this company, they won't cancel future shipments without a fight.Add reply
Got a call - free they say - then got billed. for $139.90

said they would ruin my credit if I did not pay.
I'm suing them - anyone want to join me?
DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! By no means get involved with this company! I ordered the moisturizer in August. Apparently, there was a small box (I never saw it) that, if I didn't uncheck it, automatically enrolled me in some sort of medical club for $50.00 a month! This in addition to being signed up to receive this moisturizer monthly automatically, whether I needed it or not! If I hadn't checked my credit card statement, I wouldn't have found it. When I called, I was transferred several times and then told I could not speak to a supervisor--I could wait 24 to 48 hours for someone to call me back!2 Replies - Latest reply on 10/05/2009Add reply
