JeGem poor clientele service and quality of it's products

I bought two rings from JeGem. Both rings lost their stones within a week of wearing them. I didn't wear them in water, but the stones were just glued on. I email JeGem 10 times, but they kept send back my own messages with no answers on their part. I hoped that they might do something like replacing the one lost stone or refund me. To this day no news from this very strange company. What can I do? thank you for any help or suggestions you could offer me.

Unfortunately their return/refund policy states that only items that are in their original conditions may be returned. Any product that has been used or worn may not be returned.

You can keep trying to contact their customer service, or take the rings to a local jeweler to have the stone set properly and discuss an economical replacement stone for the one lost, or chalk it up to a lesson learned.

Money Taken - No Delivery of Goods

Quick to take my money........ 3 weeks later still no delivery. Queries to different addresses are either ignored or bounce back. My advice, steer clear.
