JeGem poor clientele service and quality of it's products

I bought two rings from JeGem. Both rings lost their stones within a week of wearing them. I didn't wear them in water, but the stones were just glued on. I email JeGem 10 times, but they kept send back my own messages with no answers on their part. I hoped that they might do something like replacing the one lost stone or refund me. To this day no news from this very strange company. What can I do? thank you for any help or suggestions you could offer me.
