Be careful when selecting travel agency!!

MILLBRAE, CALIFORNIA -- Dear friends,

My family did not want to drive, so I called the JOY HOLIDAY for a 2 day bus tour and PAID the full amount. Guess what, WE DID NOT GO!! Here is what happened:

1) In their website, they show a big bus while they actually drive a smaller vehicle for 2 day tour. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT INFORM ME THAT.

2) About two days before our departure, the agent called us and said we could not go because the vehicle was too small to carry ten persons. And we were the last group of joining the tour, so we must give up. THAT IS WHEN I KNEW THEY ACTUALLY DROVE A SMALLER CAR, NOT THE BUS SHOWN ON THEIR WEB SITE.

3) Although we already prepared for the trip, we did not trust them any more, so we decided to get full refund instead of changing dates. The agent said they would mail out my check in two days. However, I did not receive it and so a week later, I called them. Guess what, THEY DID NOT EVEN SENT OUT MY CHECK. I am not sure how long they would hold my money if I did not call them.

OVERALL, JOY HOLIDAY IS A POOR TRAVEL AGENCY!! If you have a choice, don't use their service.

Of course they should refund your money. Just realize that if American Airlines has a Boeing 747 on their website doesn't mean they don't fly MD-80's.

I had a bad experience with this agency as well. We went to page on 9/3/2012 weekend and they provided us 24 passengers bus. 1. Was very uncomfortable. 2. The bus lost power on the back from Las Vegas. So I will not take this agency in the future. It is unsafe.
