WINSTON SALEM, NORTH CAROLINA -- I had the same experience as the others - product had to be returned, no refund, no answer to emails, person on phone actually laughed when I said I didn't like being lied to! So I when I saw that so many others had the same experience and this was just a scam, I filed a complaint with the North Carolina Dept. of Justice Consumer Complaint Division and I suggest everyone else do so. This is nothing but thievery.

Notice they are located on Robinhood Drive - and, when you check it on Google maps, it seems to be a garage!

The location shown on Google maps is not the correct address. You need to 'move' down the street to see the correct building.

Some of the address' you check on Google maps, are 'approximate' locations and can be, as PassingBy said, down the street some.

On my phone, Google maps are often 3300 meters off, they tell you right up front. I wouldn't go by what you see there.

Google maps and also GPS devices produce address locations by a mathematical derivation from fixed, known points.

I agree that may not have been the exact site on Google.

Today I did get my refund immediately after telling them I had filed a complaint with the NC Dept. of Justice Consumer Protection Division.

Shipped 1 1/2 months later, little customer service response

I placed an order with them on April 6. By April 26, no order received, and no response to phone message or 2 emails. Then I got an email saying the manufacturer delayed it, and it would get to me within the week. It did not arrive. More phone/email unanswered. In mid-May, reversed the charges with my bank, then left them a message telling them that I was doing so, and that I was reporting them for fraud. About 5 days later, the goods arrived. They were in satisfactory condition, but the more that 1 1/2 month delay and abysimal responsiveness of customer service was not worth it. I would not order from them again.

Incompetent Service And Systems

NORTH CAROLINA -- I placed an order on line on March 23, 2009 and received confirmation & immediate charge to my credit card for the full amount (through PayPal). Bottom line is that I followed up weekly by phone (very difficult as their line is always busy or their mail box is full, or if you do leave a message, no-one returns your call); and was told each time that my order either was shipping that day or had shipped the previous day. Today (4-24), I finally asked to speak to a supervisor who said that 3 of the 7 items I ordered were shipping today (this time she gave me a tracking number). Comment was that they did not ship earlier because the order was not complete.

I informed her to cancel the remainder of the order and issue me a refund. We'll see just how long that takes. Unless you have the patience of "JOB" do not order from them.

ON-LINE STORE -- I ordered 2 bra's over 2 months ago still have not received them. When I called for a refund they said they had credited my account back. They lied. When I tried to call them back, customer service did not answer phone. Don't get fooled by these people.

How long has it been since they said the credited back your account?? These things can sometimes take 4-5 days depending on your back. This are not alway instant.

Call your cc company, they may be trying to run the clock out until you can no longer dispute the charge.

This isn't the type of support you expect from a company like this. If they don't hurry up and underwire your money back to you very soon it's possible they might go bust. I would wait maybe 18 hours and them I would just dispute it with my credit card company.

DebtorBasher you are right on about the two statement show up. Julia's brashop did take that long for the refund;so for anyone wondering if this company is a " rip off" they are NOT.

Another Ripoff by Bulia's Bra Shop

I am just one more customer of this outrageous underwear outlet that is out lots of money. In May I purchased 4 bras. I returned three of them and asked for a different size. Nothing has been sent to me, yet my VISA was promptly charged for the four, which I trustingly paid. Silly me. DON'T SHOP AT THIS WEBSITE!!!

Dispute the transaction with your credit card company. Tell them the merchandise was returned and you never got the replacement merchandise.

No Merchandise Received

I haven't received my order and I can't get anyone to answer the phone and my e-mails are being returned. I was charged for the item the next day and I have yet to receive the items I ordered.

Great Experience

CALIFORNIA -- I had a great experience with Julia's Bra Shop. The initial delivery made very good time. I needed to make an exchange, so I phoned their toll-free customer service line and the representative handled my concerns promptly and urgently. Just waiting for my exchanged items to arrive - they're on their way.
