WILMINGTON, DELAWARE -- I have filed an AFFIDAVIT OF FORGERY against Barclaycard US. This bank quadrupled my auto draft on my credit card then refused to refund the overcharges! Now they are charging me a penalty on the difference I refuse to pay.

I have tried to discuss this with their 'collection' idiots - but cannot reach anyone who can understand ENGLISH!
It is seemingly impossible to contact anyone at their corporate offices.
I am filing a lawsuit against them in my state of residence.

Juniper Credit card offer by Barclays Bank is a horrible business. Their offers are false advertising. When I first received the offer they said the rate was for 7.5% for the life of the debt. Unaware of me, they change the rate 24 months later and increased it to 12.94% and claimed that the had the right to do it because of the economy. Ha! This is federal. They federal should closed them down. Ah, another thing is they are not American, all they customer telephone representative are from India or some other middle east country.

Finally, I did it. I closed my Juniper account. The last straw was the $79.00 annual fee for a $1400 credit limit. I started out with a much higher credit limit, only to have it reduced for no reason. Then they increased my credit limit and increased my interest rate. Guess they want to make more money off of me. Well, they didn't. I paid off my account and closed it. I won't pay that much money for a credit card that keeps screwing with me. Never, ever get a Juniper Credit Card.
