The purchase was made 6:32 pm-still early enough I would think to have fresh product available. Chicken sold ripped and torn deserves a discount.

Check your bucket before you leave folks!
Not only was I lied to about what products were available but I was overcharged for my meal and I was cheated out of half of it. I was not given my drink after paying for it and was charged some upcharges that I have no idea where they came from. Add reply
I'm really upset with the 3 pot pie bowls I got tonight. I don't normally complain but I really love KFC and I also spent 20 bucks on pot pies and not one of them had hardly any chicken in them all together we got about 6 thin small pieces in each pie.there was too much veggies but the crust and flavor was still very good. I just thought you should know that. thank you.
I went to KFC for take out on February 7, 2014. It was approx. 3 p.m.
As I waited I observed, what appeared to be a manager, working the drive thru.
She was wiping her nose with a tissue, clearly having a cold, and continued working, without washing her hands, touching everything. I will probably never return to a place where even a manager has no sense of hygiene protocol.
PHILDELPHIA 19114, PENNSYLVANIA -- I still can't believe it, two days later, I stopped in this Philadelphia, Torresdale location on a Sunday afternoon at 4:30 PM, and they had no chicken. When I walked in I could tell that the customer in front of me was upset about something, but I did not know what until I approached the counter and asked for an 8 piece bucket of chicken meal, to go, they said they didn't have any, OK I'll have the extra crispy, They, again said that too would not be ready for 20-25 minutes. Has anyone ever heard of a chicken place not having chicken, especially, like my family likes to do, have an early, easy Sunday meal.1 Replies - Latest reply on 01/22/2014Add reply
FARMINGTON, NEW YORK -- I am an employee at the KFC in Farmington, NY. I went on this website and all I see are horrible KFC reviews. If any of you live close to the KFC I work at, I would highly recommend you go there instead.
Whenever I work at the register, I always provide the best customer service possible, and most of my co-workers also treat customers very well. If there is a problem, we immediately fix it and try to "make up" for the mistake. The managers always agree with the customer, because we are told that "the customer is always right." Our chicken is always fresh, and if it's not, we are told to throw it out.
I also saw reviews saying that the drive-thru gets older chicken, not at this KFC. We put our oldest chicken on the top (we are told to take chicken off of the top first, drive-thru and front counter). When a customer orders 4 tenders, I always charge them for 2 tenders twice rather than 3 tenders and 1 tender, because it is cheaper that way. If a customer ends up waiting for their food because we were lacking something, we always offer a drink/cake/cookies. We truly do care about our customers and we would love to see more of you come in! :)
DES MOINES, IOWA -- This is the store on the south side of town. went in to pick up dinner for my family at 5 pm. only one other customer there, just one. They were NOT busy. I requested half grilled and half original in my bucket. They told me, they would give me SOME grilled, but were low because no one put another tray in to cook. When I returned home, there was NO grilled, AND I only received 3 of my 4 sides.
I went online to file a report with my ticket number and all of the details. That was 10 days ago and even refilled my report. NO one from this once proud organization even responded to me. All I wanted was an acknowledgment that they would try to do better.
Their customer service website is a scam. They do not monitor it, nor do they care. period. The Colonel would be beside himself if he knew how his proud organization is being mismanaged to death. They will be gone in a few years because they have forgotten that customers have value.
COLUMBUS, OHIO -- I have attempted to purchase dinner at my local KFC on several occasions (usually around dinner time) and each time they had either very few pieces left or none at all. Honestly how can a chicken place have no chicken at 6 pm? When I asked if they had any cooking on my last visit they said No! It was only 5:45pm. Thank goodness there is a Church's Chicken right across the road. 6 out of 6 attempts to purchase from this location (E. Main St., Columbus OH) and each time I ended up at Church's. Thanks to this store I have never been back to a KFC and don't intend to.Add reply
PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- On Dec 17 2013 I ate KFC's Grilled Chicken at 1525 N. 43rd Ave. in Phoenix AZ.
The 3-piece Grilled type Breast(s) and Wing were extremely dry. (Choke you without a drink to rescue you type dry)
Ate some of the corn, which had no juice and was very dry and taste-less as well.
The biscuit was good.
The green beans were quite good.
Asked to exchange the corn for more green beans.
The server complied.
The Soda was good.
The service was acceptable.
Went to KFC's website to register a complaint, but their web site froze up, again and again, with two different web browsers. I then tried to report a Technical issue at their site and that froze up as well... go figure!
I do not care to try to argue with the proud know-it-alls here posting and boasting about all of the various bacteria that cause food-born illness. I simply came here to say that my meal at a Phoenix KFC was quite poor. While I was there I looked at the old photos of Harland Sanders and thought if he had tasted my meal he would be quite upset.
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA -- My fiance stopped by Kentucky Fried Chicken on Sunset in Charlotte, NC at 7:45 pm on 12.18.13. The chicken was cold and hard, the mashed potatoes tasted spoiled, the coleslaw had a different taste. Normally I would not complain, but after working 12 hours all I wanted was not to cook and eat a hot fresh meal. Not only did we have to throw the food away, I had to cook dinner after 8 pm. I was disappointed. I enjoy KFC but will check my food next time and will not go during non peak hours.Add reply
TOOWOOMBA QLD AUSTRALIA -- You can't complain about the service, there is none. The staff are rude, the shop is dirty, the chicken is so greasy it is uneatable. Some people walked out having paid for their meal but did not wait to get it, the wait was so long. there excuse was they are only trainees. Everyone has to learn but with supervision . The owner was not there so staff were left to do what they could the Wilston shop is a disgrace. This store gives Kentucky fried a bad name.Add reply
I don't appreciate eating in a secular business and having to listen to Christian music being played. If I wanted to hear that I would go to a church or Christian book store Add reply
FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- My experiences with KfC in Fort Worth tX has been horrible. I'm going to start with my most recent visits to older visits. After I left church Wednesday December 11,2013 I visit the one on Mansfield and got the 2 piece boneless combo. I asked for all white but got mixed. I had to wait 5 minutes on potatoes wedges. When they brought my order I asked for my drink and she said they didn't give you one I said no I wouldn't have asked. Get home and the white meat look like strips that were very, very, dry and the dark pieces was dry and hard on end. Bridge street have too many young people that don't care and they make excuses for them being rude. I have got numerous wrong order and not fresh order after waiting so long to place and receive orders. They never have chicken ready for it to be a chicken place. I have order 2 pieces white and get home it's a thigh. Go back that manager was nice that day and even thou they didn't have and breast she gave me a drink and a piece of chicken extra . Order 2 of the chicken bites combo abd get hone I don't know what was harder the potatoes wedges or the bites. When I called and complain to the manager he said the manager that night was young and her first time working nights. Get outta here! Then the Kfc at 777 n. e. loop 820 in hurst they crew sometimes suck and the other time it's the food. I got 3 gocup of hot wings and another the other boneless chicken. After waiting for about 5 or 6 minutes he come say they out of boneless chicken he would give my son 3 strips and I said ok. I order cookies. One of the wings we ok the other was hard and dry and the cookies were hard as rock. Other time I would go inside and they are not busy I'm waiting and waiting to place and order like they busy. I said hello someone gone take my order. Well a short African American bold head men with glasses come out and said go head. No sorry to keep you waiting or anything. I order the 2 piece boneless combo he didn't ask is there anything else, is that it or what side I wanted he said that would be $. Another time left a party and order me the same 2 piece boneless combo and get home it's the wrong thing. Came back and the short Latino girl was looking as if I got on her nerve for them messing up. She gave me the right order no extra or nothing. I have called the 1-800 # and have yet to hear from the Kfc in hurst. I think I'm gone give Kfc a long break and start giving Popeyes, golden chick, and churches my business. But I will never visit bridge street Kfc too many mistakes and not enough courtesy. And hurst Kfc will be going on that same list because they can't even reply to your numerous complaints.Add reply
HUNTINGDON, PENNSYLVANIA -- Our store location on 12/11/13 at around 3:50pm was out of Original and Grilled Chicken. Had to wait while it was being cooked. Only Extra Crispy was immediately available. On several other visits to this location we have received stale chicken or had to choose other sides because our first choose wasn't available. While waiting for Chicken to cook on above stated date we observed other customers being told that items they wished to purchase also were not available. There are always young people working in our location and on this particular day one employee came in to hang out and wait for another employee to get off work. Another employee whom was finished with her shift was sitting in dining area on computer waiting on ride, or something. She was sitting there when we arrived and still there when we left. This KFC seems to be poorly managed and doesn't seem to do as good a business as it probably could if service and fresh available food was better. We love KFC Chicken when it's fresh. We are now hesitant to return after several unsatisfactory visits. Thank You Very Much f or this opportunity to voice my opinion.Add reply
WAYNESBORO, GEORGIA -- As I patronize this particular location regularly. I asked a simple question about a price difference between items I usually order. Imagine the shock of being pointed at and being told, " I am not dealing with that!" Referring to myself and not the actual problem. Add further disgust to the fact that this crew actually had my order memorized...I know right?! Myself actually asking, why am I being treated this way? Not anyone in the store wanted to take responsibility for this ignorant young ladies behavior.
One member of the crew, looked to be the most young member of the crew stepped over to answer my question after I received my answer I asked for management and phone number, a very tired and reluctant man stepped over stepped over and figured comping the meal should make me happy... yeah, right! I don't feel safe EVER eating at this location again in life and neither should anyone else. Very sad, so ignorant!!
Tried new hot wings n only received three baby wings not even size of my finger ! Three wings couldn't equal one wing anywhere else! Add reply
EL PASO, TEXAS -- Very poor advertisement on the picture of their (chicken) menu. It shows large juicy portions of chicken and the pieces that they gave me DO NOT come close to the pictures that are indicated. The portions are small as chicken wings. I paid $12.00 for a 10 pc bucket of chicken wings. As popular as KFC is I will not go back again and I can guarantee that I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.Add reply
LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA -- When I spoke to the KFC on Pioneer Blvd I was told that I had to place my order in person?? When I got to the KFC by my house no body knew what I was talking about? Then we called another one in Long Beach they knew that I was talking about the deep fried turkeys how ever had no idea who was participating in this promotion. When I pointed out how it was her responsibility to know or at lease have some means of finding out because she was a manager and didn't she think so?? She politely ended the convocation! So I called the one on Pioneer again & she gave me four #'s of poly owned restaurants who were suppose to have deep fried turkeys?? So I called & placed an order only to find out it was Polly pies and that my turkey order was not going to be deep fried??? THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ever. Simply unbelievable!! OH did I mention I called corporate & they assured me that some one would get back to in time for thanks giving this was on the 11/23/13.Add reply
I have been coming to KFC in Oakdale CA for the past nine years and have gotten exceptional service. Don't know how the management has been able to find such pleasant and helpful employees. I really enjoy coming here because I'm treated so nice. In nine years I have only met two employees that were that we're not really interested in being pleasant. That is an awesome record. Add reply
PASADENA, TEXAS -- Went to KFC here in Pasadena, Texas . The little girl taking my order seemed darn tired. We ordered two drinks, one cup was given right away but not the other. I went to find a table, all were dirty.
Then when we got our chicken, it looked awful, not pleasant looking at all.
When asked for assistance from another employee who was pregnant, she would not drop whatever she was doing with a hose.
Some of the other employees could be heard yelling about the drive through orders.
Totally awful visit to this KFC Restaurant.
