First I'd like to compliment Kraft foods for making it impossible to contact them by internet. Clever marketing to make sure they don't get the complaints about their horrible food. A friend gave me a box of Louis Rich 50% less fat turkey patties (white). I have never ever tasted anything so bad in my life. Do you people even bother to taste the food before you sell it to consumers/ how can you call that turkey meat? Doesn't taste like any turkey I've ever tasted. Thank god I didn't buy it myself or I would have run back to the store with it. I don't care for Louis Rich products anyway, in general their food is bad but this is unmentionable to say the least.

Very sincerely, dawn kunz
Their new round, obviously cheaper jars stink. The old sort of oval jars were great, they could be saved to store dry foods, craft stuff, etc. and provided quick access with the flip top. What they save on the jars won't make up for the customers they will lose, like me! 3 Replies - Latest reply on 06/09/2013Add reply

Normally I have no problems with any of the foods from Kraft Foods. However I found a problem with one of their product's cooking information. I bought a box of Shake N Bake Extra Crispy Chicken and followed the directions for cooking boneless chicken. The box says that bone-in chicken takes 45 minutes and boneless chicken takes 20 mins. I used boneless chicken, and it wasn't done in 20 mins. It took 45 mins. Now I do live in Wyoming, but there is no directions for high altitude cooking. I thought this problem needed to be known by the company, so they can allow people to know the correct cooking time for both bone-in and boneless chicken. Its hard to get a meal together if the chicken doesn't cook in the specified time. I hope this problem will be corrected for other fans of Kraft Foods' products.3 Replies - Latest reply on 05/22/2010Add reply
I opened a package of cheese and gagged on the rancid, moldy cheese that is in a package that was sealed and not expired. I tried to email through the website but it sure appears that Kraft has opted for no-contact!

I will return the package to Harris Teeter and refrain from buying Kraft products in the future.
It was shredded cheddar cheese. Thank you all for the feedback!, it was most informative! When I was a field representative for convenience food stores 25 years ago we never had problems with Kraft taking back out-dated items. My gripe these days is that they really don't connect with their consumers anymore.
The food store gave me credit for the bad item.
I have been very disappointed with the "new" Mayonaise recipe. It tastes terrible and I LIKED the lumps!!!! Creamy does not make it better. Do you ever taste your improved recipes? I have changed to Hellman's Mayo, something I thought I would never do and the Miracle Whip that I grew up on is also lousy now. I just won't buy any of your products if this how you improve them! 3 Replies - Latest reply on 03/19/2010Add reply

I bought one box of crystal light on the go that had two empty packets in it. Then I got a box that had two packets that were a solid lump instead of crystal powder. I usually love this product and drink it daily. I was really disappointed to have found these two problems in two separate boxes. 2 Replies - Latest reply on 01/04/2010Add reply

With the newest container for mayonnaise, the plastic container doesn't always stay closed when we put back in the refrigerator. We're had to throw away a container til we started putting a rubber band around the top to hold it on. 2 Replies - Latest reply on 12/01/2009Add reply
When I discovered Kraft Mayonnaise, that was the great thing, I pass on for friends and family. My children eat sandwiches with Kraft Mayonnaise. We have been use for years, and the Mayo with Olive Oil IS THE BEST, I use to make my potatoes salad adding Olive Oil, now I don't need anymore. And the empty jars I reuse organizing my knickknacks from garage (screws, nails, etc), laundry room (buttons, coins, etc) and closets (threads, etc)the shape of the jars makes everything possible and easy. Thank you Kraft for a GREAT HEALTHY MAYONNAISE.8 Replies - Latest reply on 11/17/2009Add reply

MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE -- May 14th of 2009 Nabisco decided after 6 surgery's on my shoulders and knee that was all work related to retire me with retirement Disability, after 4 and a half months I'm no closer to retirement then I was. They cut off all my income from W/C and Nabisco. This is because lower management has put several different codes. I have been in contact with the Dept. of Labor and much to their surprise this has been going on so long. After 31 years of service I think Kraft Foods would be more considerate. They cut my medical off May 31st then due to ND only then reinstated my medical Ins. for 2 weeks. Kraft Foods (Nabisco)should be ashame of this.Add reply

I have been buying TANG for the last few years for my son, who absolutely loves the stuff. There are several reasons I didn't mind giving it to him over juice... They were: 1) it was vitamin fortified and 2) it had 1/2 the sugar of 100% juice. I go to Sam's a few weeks ago and realize the container is a LOT bigger. I think, "Hmmm, there is something going on here," but I didn't have time to really look the container and ingredients over thoroughly. I get home and start to really look into why the container was so different. They have clearly added twice the sugar and took out the vitamins. Now it only contains vitamin C. Vitamin C is great, but having more vitamins in the drink mix was better for my son who can be a picky eater. The fact that they have doubled the sugar is irritating too. No wonder the container is so much bigger! They added more sugar as filler!!! Has anyone else noticed this?34 Replies - Latest reply on 09/28/2009Add reply
