I closed my account, they sent a letter stating they closed my account

I was with landmark for about 2 years. They started questioning some of my charges - which is OK, but the tone suggested I was stealing from one of my clients.
I got fed up with them and canceled my merchant account with them.
A few days later, I received a letter from them stating that "After reviewing your account we have decided to close it out.....". Amazing that they worded the letter to look like they rejected me instead of the other way around.
I am still trying to return the terminal that I no longer need and get a letter of explanation regarding the previous issue. No luck.
They used to be OK, but now... I don't know. I use another merchant processor that actually had the equipment I needed, and the fees are much lower than Landmark.

This company has no care for their customers all they want is your money. If you have any questions they only have two employees to answer them. If you leave a message for them to call you back they say they will call you back by the end of that business day and they don't call you back at all. I will never do business with this company again and would never recommend this company to anyone. That is the worst customer service I have ever been in contact with.
