Lingo advertises on its website the call is unlimited (in bold) but it is not

I have subscribed to Lingo phone service. They advertised on their website the call is unlimited(in bold) but in the terms and condition section, they are saying it is not unlimited. This is misleading. Now they have suspended my phone service for usage and if I try to get out of the service, they are going to fine. Customer service is worse. They are like scam artist. They contradict their own words

They suspended my account too. However, I didn't yet cross that 4999 limits. What happened to you were you able to get the service back on?

they suspended and then everyday I was getting email from lingo notifying me that my account has been suspended. I talked to one of their sales rep and I found (tactfully) our they would continue my suspension tilI upgrade to business plan.

No, I have cancelled the service. I can not be without phone day for after day and getting an email saying my phone service had been suspened. I might go back to Vonage. Vonage did screw me but not as bad as lingo. Lingo is a scam. Packet 8 was good too.

Lingo is one of the worst company

I subscribed Lingo one month ago with world max free unlimited call to 75 countries. Now they said I could call only 500min local and international. They send me an email that I violated the law. Lingo is doing very bad its like fraud.
