Won an auction for several B grade monitors, 3 weeks later they still hadn't shipped. About every two days I would call to find out what was up. They would tell me that they were shipping within 48 hours. They never did. I filed a dispute with PayPal and liquidation canceled my account. Still haven't gotten the monitors or my cash back. The customer service lies and their policy's are ridiculous.Add reply
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- For the past 15 months myself and adult daughter have purchased numerous pieces from live auction and their online site and out of collectively more than twenty purchases we have been delighted more than 95%of the time. Three pcs. had slight problems, two we simply corrected our selves with good outcome; the other, although over 30 days from purchase I am sure they would correct the problem, I decided to keep and correct myself later. Without a doubt our purchases of even one of the rings or necklaces or stainless or platinum over sterling would have cost at least 8 times what we paid.
They are not perfect, but as satisfied customer I know I save 90% more than I spend. I have done my due diligence.
Advice: There are several numbers, I would make sure to get the rep's name and follow their instructions and make reference of time, and date of conversation. Also follow labeling exactly as they ask. Although I didn't send my products back by choice, they certainly explained exactly how to when I called to chew a little. Worth it!
WASHINGTON DC, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- We purchased a mixed box of ladies leggings. They were described as one size fits small, medium and large. When we received the leggings they were so small that any lady over about 90-100 pounds would have no chance at getting them on. We filed a complaint with Liquidation.com, mailed them samples so they could see how small they were but somehow they thought we were wrong and that the leggings were accurately described.

This company is obviously more interested in serving their distributors than their customers. I will never buy from them again and highly recommend that anyone reading this stay clear of them also.

I was seriously considering buying a lot from Liquidation.com and then convincing my brother to do the same. Thank goodness I read your reviews first and a great big thanks to all of you for fighting back by exposing this big con company.
Don't Bid or Buy any Computers Laptops Auction. SHILL BIDDING.
There is a Buyer ID p*********6, this guy from SELLER. They use their ID to bid on every single Computer/Laptops auction with Price almost same as Retail Price
Here are 3 Sellers. You Should Stay Away from their Computers Laptops Auction with SHILL BIDDING.
In my first order, I was 1)Overcharged on shipping; 2) Although I ordered 2 pieces of a certain item, they only shipped one, but billed me for 2 anyway, 3) One of the rings from this order had the stone fall out the first time it was worn.

Furthermore: I ordered about 8 items over the holidays, mainly for gifts. They must show a prototype on the show, as nothing arrived that duplicated the quality they gloat over. I can go to Walmart and buy costume jewelry that looks nicer. BEWARE, AND DON'T BUY FROM THEM, YOU WOULD BE WASTING YOUR MONEY.
I recently bid and won a lot of used brand jeans from liquidation. In the pictures they shown a good quality used jean pictures. What I got are a bunch of reap jeans that are not wearable. They are all reap from the back butt area. I filed a dispute and they said because I bought the jeans used condition, they can not do anything about it. They totally scam us out of almost $700. Buyer beware they are still selling those brand name jeans right now on Liquidation.com. Don't make the same mistake that I made. 3 Replies - Latest reply on 03/16/2012Add reply

Beginning in November of 2008 I and my brother purchased 5 auctions from this company (all done before receiving first auction delivery). On each auction, paid in advance, we had huge discrepancy and filed disputes. Just like other complaints I have read on this site per this company, the exact things happened to us. Nothing matched manifest and they would not communicate. Worse, when we finally had to file protection by bank card companies they would not even receive our calls, faxes or land mail. This is the worst business company I can imagine ever doing business with..
