Defective Pump

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I wish this product would just come in a plain and simple Tube. The first time I purchased Revitalift in the pump it stopped pumping after about 2 weeks. I had to pry the top off to see that it was still full! I gave it a second chance and bought it again and the same thing happened. I have pried the lid off of the second pump because the product acted like it was out. There is still plenty left but now I have to store it with the lid just propped on top.

I won't buy this again. It is too expensive to throw product away just because it stops pumping. It is also too expensive to be having trouble with the pump. Just put it in a tube and save money on the packaging.

I agree with you! This also happens with the foundation makeup they have with Olay serum in it. I wrote to them via their website over a month ago and have not heard a response.

Poor Engineering

I purchased this night creme and following instructions used it for 5 nights. Then nothing would not come out of the pump. Thinking that there was more I took off the top of the container and using my fingers have used it for 3 more weeks. It is not all gone yet. There was no tube down in the creme for the pump to perform it's duties.

I don't think it is a matter of engineering, rather a matter of a person at the plant not assembling the (usually) two parts of the pump. I know sometimes the bottle of product and the pump are in the same box, and you have to take off the bottle cap and install the pump, but then that would mean you did not find the pump tube in the box. Either way,you need to contact the manufacturer.
