BELLFLOWER, CALIFORNIA -- I bought my 2007 Dodge Charger RT back in April from these people and have been so pleased with what was sold to me. This was my first car purchase on my own and I felt that everything was explained to me thoroughly and I got the price that was offered online even though the sticker price on the car was more. The salesman that helped me was a great help and I felt very comfortable working with him.

In a world where customer service is a lost art, it was very refreshing to work with people where the customer service was AWESOME. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and associates. I felt like the only person in the dealership as they paid close attention to me and my needs. Mr. Alex really did a very good job of educating me on the a to z of purchasing a car. He was very truthful and that was utmost important to me. He did not tell me what I wanted to hear but what I needed to hear which eventually turned in me getting what I needed, a nice car. The whole staff were very knowledgeable and very comforting. I, believe it or not, enjoyed this experience I had with purchasing my new vehicle. In the past, my experiences with dealership were not so good but Global Select Auto has given me hope that customer service is important, necessary, and alive. I had recently purchased an M3 through them and it seems to be the nicest car I had ever driven. This car has it all and the price was great. If you are looking for a car this is the place to be. OHARE, ILLINOIS -- I brought in my 1999 911 Carrera for service in November 2009. The car needed a transmission rebuild. I had purchased the vehicle from Luxury Motors in November 2008 and bought an extended warranty on the car at the time of sale. The service department took care of everything. I did not have to pay anything for the repairs (which were approximately $5500). Vic in service worked with the warranty company and inspector to ensure that everything was covered. They also gave me a good deal on a clutch job while the transmission was out of the car.

I recommend the service department for any repairs. They made sure the money I paid for the extended warranty went to good use.
GREAT NECK -- On 06/06/08 I bought a 2007 BMW 328i with an extended warranty worth $2887.00 I cancelled the extended warranty on 06/24/09 because the car was traded-in for a new car at a new dealer. As off today Luxury Autos of Great Neck refuses to refund the proper prorated amount they need to give me back. The warranty provider, Guardian Warranty Corporation, has already refund the car dealer since August 17th/2009. However the dealer has kept the this in secret they never have either call me or send any refund by mail Every time I call the dealer, the put me on hold, tell me that no one is available to take my call, hung up on me or just leave me on hold. The last time I called I was hung up on the line for an hour and twenty two minutes. I asked to speak to the office manager, they are not allow to give last names, so I was told, but he refuses to take my call.
Don't make the same expensive mistake...this is very true. Hate to say it but they are thieves.

I bought a used Rolls from them and had nothing but problems, including finding out that the vehicle had water damage which was not disclosed. I spent thousands on the electrical system before getting rid of it. I then bought a Viper with 300 miles on it and found out it was also wrecked and Joe the owner tried to say that I did it.

Stay away from them as they are known to sell cars that have been wrecked and not disclose it.

These guys are great--until you buy. Don't expect them to follow through on any action item you discussed. They were two days late delivering my car. I had to call a dozen times to get the manual they promised me. I paid cash in full and I still have not seen the title.
