I want to compliment your employee, **, store #11, **. She was extremely helpful. I recently had knee surgery and have a little difficulty getting around. She helped me find garments and exchange some items. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. A GREAT EMPLOYEE!

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA -- Macy's Boca Town Center Mall, Boca Raton, Florida. My wife and I purchased a diamond pendant from this store. The salesperson ** #** was very knowledgeable about the jewelry, most helpful in our making a decision and very courteous/friendly. She is an excellent employee.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NEW JERSEY -- Sales associate named ** in housewares dept. in the Macy's Brunswick SQ Mall was exceptionally helpful in assisting me to select a gift for a family member. I have had the good fortune to have this particular sales assoc. help me in the past and he has always been very polite, courteous & informative. Now and in the future, I will always look for ** to assist me as I know my I will receive outstanding service.

I've been helped countless times by ** in the men's department, specifically the Polo section at Macy's in Montgomery Mall, Montgomery County, Maryland. He's been very helpful, pointing out the sales items as well as making suggestions for gifts. He's very pleasant, always showing interest in my selection(s). He should know that his efforts are noticed!

A word for ** (no relation) who was exceptionally kind and helpful at your Crabtree Valley store in Raleigh. She is a terrific model for your store.

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- The coupons offered at Macy's were indeed worthless. I suggested to one cashier that they mark only the merchandise that the coupons were good for. This way they wouldn't have to write a book on the merchandise excluded on the coupon.

FARMINGTON, CONNECTICUT -- I purchased a Martha Stewart 5.5 qt. Dutch Oven. The item I was looking for was not on the floor, so I asked a wonderful gentleman (Paul), who was behind the counter, if there were any available. He checked the backroom, came out with the item, and proceeded to complete the sales transaction with old-fashioned courtesy and professionalism. My shopping companion was equally impressed.

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE -- I am upset with Macy's department store because they send out numerous coupons ($25 off etc.) but I haven't been able to use many of them. There are so many restrictions (in fine print). I just don't see why they bother wasting money, time and effort to get these coupons to their customers and most of the time I throw them out. Such wastefulness!

WILLOW GROVE, PENNSYLVANIA -- I would like everyone reading this website to know that the associates at Macy's Willow Grove in the home store give wonderful service. The employees there treat each guest with respect and try their best to give service with a smile. Thank you third floor associates at Macy's willow grove, Pennsylvania. FLORIDA -- I would like to compliment the Sales Associates in the Macy's Florida Mall/Orlando Women's Department and the Sales Associates in the Macy's Treasure Coast Square Mall Women's Department. Going to both stores, was an experience as each store's women's department were professional, courteous, friendly, and they all went out of their way to accommodate the needs of the customer. I would like to say to all of them "job well done."
