I needed to return a Typhoon Crème Brule torch I had received for a Christmas gift 9 month ago.
On September 17, 2009 I scheduled a fitting with Macy's (Beverly Center) sales representative, Anne Madison, in the Lingerie Department at Macy's in the Beverly Center.
Last night around 6pm, I went to Macy's to return a dress and purchase a pair of Guess pumps I had been eyeing for a week.
