PAULSBORO, NEW JERSEY -- After my Banzai Sidewinder Falls slide ripped after a few uses, customer service sent me the wrong replacement slide and sent it to my work. I never asked it to be sent there. Also, they then sent me the slide I wanted, but sent it to my house when no one was home. They didn't request a signature be required to leave which seems stupid to me when it is a $400 slide. After being very nice to their customer service rep, she was really nasty back.
DES MOINES, IOWA -- Cheap toys, poorly made, cheap looking but I guess you get what you pay for, turns out company is from IA. The customer service is even worse. No one at the company can return a call or an email. I was given the President's name who hasn't bothered to contact either. This is the second toy to break. Poor company and even worse customer service. The toy we bought for our daughter fell apart within minutes of getting it home.
If anyone has the Double Drop Falls Water Slide... Please share your comments and opinions on it. I'd like some real reviews on this product before buying for my nieces. Usually, on M3C we don't hear about a product unless there is a problem with it... If anyone's had problems, please share your experience with the rest of us... This looks like an awesome way for kids to cool off in this summer heat... Thanks!
CALIFORNIA -- I bought this item because the photos on the box showed that it would be big enough for my 3 year old AND my six year old. It turns out that those photos were superimposed on the box. Not only is it not big enough for my 6 year old, my 3 year old can not climb the slide without getting injured when it tips over. VERY dangerous product and the false advertising is appalling. When I contacted the director of customer service, he didn't care what I had to say.
