PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- The sales associate in the clearance shoe department at the Philadelphia Center City location was rude to me. His name is Mr. ** and he made a comment when I asked to pay on my account, "I'm here to sell shoes, not take payments." Then he ignore me and waited on another customer. I refused to leave his counter and he took my payment. I have been a sales associate and I know that is not the proper way to treat customers.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following: I would like him reprimanded for his behavior and a letter letting me know it was done. At the very least, I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.

Damaged of property upon delivery of furniture

On December 22, 2001, Robinsons-May delivered furniture and damaged my property and driver denied. To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following: damages estimated $6,000.00. At the very least, I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
