KENTUCKY -- She is old. Putting together a claim form and taping the prescription and bill and mailing it from overseas is very difficult for the old lady. She has to pay for every penny of the medication's cost. Then she gets no money. She is out thousands of dollars..IS there anything more to say? Medco should be investigated.
Again. Shame on the US company she retired from for allowing this. Isn't there an honest claims processor to use?
Medco has messed up the deliver of my medication two prior times. I thought I will give them one last chance, and they LOST the prescription this time!!!
OMG, they are the WORST company to deal with, NEVER use them....

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- Medco mail order prescriptions are unreliable! I have had to remove 4 prescriptions over the past year due to their inability to complete refills. Their Worry-free refill program does not work - prescriptions not refilled in timely manner, do not contact physician to renew refill, etc.. I am moving prescriptions back to Walgreens. They have now changed their name to Express Scripts most likely due to the poor service.4 Replies - Latest reply on 01/21/2013Add reply

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I receive a generic medication every month. The copay was only suppose to be $10 a month but I first paid $27 for the first year I was on the medication but then they tired the price to $60. It's considered a tear one prescription which is only $10.they admired it on almost all, my calls. Even went as far as telling me their would be an investigation and I would be receiving the sum of the difference. Didn't receive any money out any notification about what they were doing to resolve the matter. mean while I continued to past the $60 for my medicine. I called nearly every month and got the same story "I'm not sure what happen, but I'll make a more of it in your file and someone will be in touch with you with in 24-48hrs. No one ever called me, I never saw a check and I'm still getting the run around. One least I spoke with said it was being held up for some stupid reason, her words not mine, and she out it through while I was on the line. I called again the next month only to find out that she no longer worked there. Big surprise there. We now have a new insurance company for our proscriptions and I pay $10 a month. Still no word on my from Medco.

Medco is an awful company to deal with! We only deal with them because of our insurance. They take forever to get medications mailed out. They claim they have to call the doctor when there are refills left. If you can, deal with a local pharmacy. 2 Replies - Latest reply on 02/18/2011Add reply

I cannot get a representative to help me with a lost prescription. I can only ever reach someone by the "secure online service". They give me a phone number that they CONFIRM is correct but it is NOT correct and I cannot reach anyone to help.

It is VERY frustrating and I am VERY happy that my company has switched to a new provider for the next enrollment period!
