The very next time a fool puts his feet in the seat he should be locked up or just put completely off the Metro Bus ! Somebody please tell the drivers to put those fools off the Metro Bus !

PHILADELPHIA -- I have bought a brand new phone that was not cheap after leaving the store I realized the connection and calls were were very bad service . Calls dropping and break ins on each convo. Metro gave the run around for 8 days refusing to give me a new phone or refund . Customer Service is not any better then the stores they try to stall you. Until the refund policy has expired so they get your money for not only a phone that does not work but also a service bill that you could not use. A few days ago, while on my phone, suddenly I lost connection due to the phone having turned totally off. Twice that day. Other days prior, disconnected suddenly from phone conversations but phone still on.
Now, no network connection when trying to connect to the free radio sites that always connected without my having to turn on any web Internet connection.
Not very happy with my phone, had it for less than 3 weeks already see it as a safety issue. My phone gets extremely hot if I use wifi or satellite GPS, ( can leave a minor burn on a child) also if my phone dies completely it takes 10 to 12 minutes to power it on, which at the second week I started having problems with my phone keeping a full charge. BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased a Huawei M835 three weeks ago from the store and in the first week it had reached it's 200 text message limit and started to reject incoming text. So I called customer service they couldn't fix it from over the phone I had to take into the store. They couldn't fix it so they said they would replace the phone but didn't have it in the store. I had to wait 3 days for to get there. I had to reset my phone every other day to receive text messages. When the phone did arrive to the store it was gonna be 10 dollars fee for the new phone. There was no way I was going to pay the 10 dollars because I didn't break the phone. They had not told me that in the beginning and I want my phone back, they refused my phone back because they already done the transaction.Add reply
OZONE PARK, NEW YORK -- This phone was sold to me without really letting me know what or cannot be done on this phone. Long story short it does not do what I expected it to do. It does me no good for what I need. This is not my first metro phone I have purchased but first one giving me a problem a big problem. I am ready to toss it out the window. Screw the money and will go with another carrier. I feel Metro should help me and take this phone back which is 3 months old and give me the correct phone. MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I purchased a Samsung cell phone on 4/19/12. I asked the clerk if I didn't like it, could I return the cell phone. The clerk responded, yes, before 7 days after the purchase. Yesterday, I went and told him I didn't like the phone and was bringing it back only 3 days after purchased. He grabbed the phone and started fooling around with it. After a while, he said he wouldn't give me money back for the phone because I had made more than 7 hours of calls. That was a lie, since I couldn't even make calls without having a hard time.
