Scammed Purchase Price From Midway Nissan

PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- I was going to trade in my Mustang. Our salesman matt said I owed $10,000 on my Mustang. Hmmm I didn't even pay that much for my Mustang - Lie #1. So we decided not to trade in we test drove a 2014 Nissan Versa purchase price $16,330 with $2000 down. My husband comes home and contract says purchase price is $17,997. I called dealership to ask why is this wrong amount on contract.

Lie#2- Ed said it for the tint on the windows - hahaha $1667 for tint -what's in it gold?

I will be contacting a lawyer Monday may 13, 2013. I have filed a complaint with BBB as well as contacting Gary Harper with 3 on your side. All I asked is they honor the purchase price and this would have ended. This dealership needs some serious customer service classes.

I highly advise everyone to stay away from this place.

Why did you or your husband sign the contract without verifying the sale price? Could the difference be sales tax and/or registration?

You always have time to decide not to go thru with a purchase. Depends on your state as to how many days, usually three days(business days). Also, you are supposed to read the contract BEFORE you sign, not after you get home. You snooze, you lose. But, check out how much time you are allowed to cancel in your state. Do a search online.

I am trying to understand what the basis of your complaint to these outside organizations will be. Do you have anything in writing other than the contract with the details that you are challenging?

Based on what you have provided so far, I don't see a case for a lawyer.

Poor Customer Service and Deceptive Coupons

This company is famous for issuing coupons that a deceptive and hard to use. I would hope you would spend your money at another store that values it's customers.

I even contacted the president and My email was answered by lackey who could not care less. I told them in my email I would help them improve their customer service by exposing their short comings.
