The store manager ordered compression shorts for me on their tablet. They were supposed to arrive 5 to 7 days. When I look up my order # it's still the same status 19 days later so I called. While you are on hold you hear a message to go on shopatron.com. Well I did, and saw my order was cancelled due to inventory. Well why wasn't I notified. Just POOR customer service! Never again Modell's!

Modell's sucks! My daughter returned merchandise to Modell's, they accepted it, but they won't refund her money. We have called them repeatedly an get ridiculous excuses. Their policy is that refunds are to be credited in 5-7 business days. I guess they don't know how to count either! Shop somewhere else!

What have they said when you called them to find out why your daughter's account has not yet been credited? What reason are they giving you?

Your daughter should have been given a register receipt, with the amount that was to be credited. Did she get this receipt? This will be the proof required to prove the merchandise had been returned.

How long ago did she return it? How did she pay? Was it returned to a store or by mail?

Definitely more details are needed. I just assumed because it would take 5 to 7 business days for a refund, that the merchandise was paid by credit card.

Was it paid by check? I have returned things to Modell's and the return credit has been returned immediately to my credit card.

I was asked for a photo identification after presenting my credit card for a twenty dollar purchase. I had just left the gym and was not sure if I had my ID card. By the way I live in Brooklyn . This policy is not practiced in manhattan where I work. Go figure. Then the cashier said I'd been preapproved for their card ..... Say what? They can kick rocks for all I care. You have lost a customer.
