Charged credit card but never sent product
Posted by on
I purchased the Windows Live Mail to Mac Mail program on Jan 10, 2011 from They charged my credit card, yet did not even send me a confirming email of the purchase, nor did I get the Activation Code to be able to use the downloaded program. Even though, many times, I tried to communicate with them through their email address, their phone number and their website Support Ticket, I did not receive any response whatsoever from them. They do not list any physical addresses on the internet. I am now trying to get my money back.

Never deal with any website that does not indicate a physical address, not a PO box. You must be able to CONFIRM the address.

Whenever I deal with a new company I will always do some form of contact. Either email or phone. No or poor response means avoid this company.

this is really a bad deal. try contacting your credit card company and file a dispute over the charge. many banks are going after these online scams.

very helpful.

I just checked their website and both the "Support" and "Contact Us" targets only produce blank white pages.

Hey, MoveMyEmail Technical Support, how do you suppose this customers phone call to you got caught is his spam folder?

nothing on site seems to work on a PC or MAC. Don't think they are in business.

Same thing happened to me. I have a problem with the software not running. I have called 6 times, emailed 5 times and no response. Phone message says the same thing each time "due to high call volume" bla bla bla. Even on Sunday?? This is an outright scam and I will be getting my money back from our credit card.

Wish I would have seen this website before I purchased. Just bought a Mac for the business and wanted to preserve emails from PC. Found this program, downloaded and tried free trial, worked great, so decided to purchase. Well, the activation key won't work, the website support has been down for maintenance for 3 days, phone support is busy for 3 days, will try for refund. Not too hopeful.
