ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- We purchased a vacation package through My Vacation Help Desk. I was stupid enough to ignore the first warning sign. The package had to be paid for 24 hrs prior to making reservations... After being assured that we could make the reservations to our desired location for a specific time, we paid up.
It is now 2 months later and we still have no reservations. I have been given numerous excuses, been outright lied to, and been hung up on. I have called at least 3 times per week, almost always have to leave a message. I usually call 3-4 times before my message is returned. The destination they promised is not available at this time.
However, I called the phone # given and asked about purchasing the exact package and was once again "guaranteed" I could book the next day. Since they have a no refund policy, I can't even get my money back. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE... YOU MAY NEVER GET TO USE THE PACKAGE YOU PAY FOR.
