Total disregard for customers

I have been trying to find out information about migrating my MyFamily website from 1.0 to 2.0 for some time. Several weeks ago I talked with a customer service representative about how to do it. It was slightly complicated, so I didn't go it right away. Today I called to review the migration method with customer service and was told it was 'too late'; they were no longer migrating sites to the upgrade.

The service representative said that migration had stopped yesterday because the programmers had decided that the volume of migrations was low. No emails or other warnings were issued to customers top advise them ahead of time.
