the futon
Posted by on
PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND -- I was sold a futon that is to big for my room,I want to return for a refund. I went back to the store and they won't return my money. I told them what size room I have and they sold me the futon any way, they didt care if it fit or not , they just wanted t make a sale.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I want my money back .it cost me 40$ to deliver a futon to big for my room.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.

You should have measured your room prior to shopping for the furniture. I wouldn't refund your $ if I was running that store.

Do you mean the sofa does't fit to scale(looks too big and is bulky)or too large say for a wall to rest against. Either way, I can't see how it is their fault. You did the measurements. Why should they take a loss on your mistake?

I'm afraid its your responsibility to get the measure this. The sales person has never seen your room. Of course they told you it would fit.
