FLORIDA -- Since having taken over our site from Monster, customer Service and Tech Service are extremely poor or non-existent. Do not suggest using Network Solutions if looking for a web hosting company. We have had a problem with exact Fedex negotiated rates on our shopping cart. They have been unable to fix it and appear to have no intention of fixing it. They closed seven service tickets as being resolved when the issue was not resolved. FedEx requested log files to see what info was being sent by API for the rates. Network Solutions had no intention of handing over these logs and have never done so. I subscribed to Watch Dog Services for a year from Network Solutions. I chose not to renew. about four weeks prior to the expiration date I started to received DAILY reminder notices of the expiration. After expiration I received daily "please renew" messages for about 3 weeks. I then received a FINAL renewal email. AFter the final notice I received more "please renew" emails.... not sure how long this is going to continue.

I complained about this and NS says that they can't do anything about this because that's how the reminder script is programmed.
I am viewing these reminders a spam. I will be moving my domain elsewhere soon.
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- We would like to strongly recommend not using Network Solutions. Since they took over Monster Commerce, it has been a nightmare. Things don't work, support is terrible. When you call them about a problem, they cause 2 or 3 new problems. Our Website has been non-operational for about 3 weeks. They just cant seem to get it together. And we are loosing money and business.

A disgruntled former volunteer for our non-profit group hacked into the website we have hosted by Network Solutions. They suggested changing the password, which was done four times, to no avail. It took an investigation by the police to stop the hacker. Network Solutions completely denies any hacking, despite their own login history which proves it. Network Solutions continually ignored emails regarding a resolution to this security issue from March until July. Network Solutions continues to ignore emails, responding to every fourth or fifth email, and only after I stated I will post all emails on our website for everyone to view and evaluate for themselves. They disregarded direct written instructions when issuing a refund, causing a $149.50 loss to our non-profit group.
They refuse to refund duplicate payments, stating they consider the matter closed.
After experiencing the so called best in web site design, I found Network Solutions.

ON 1-21-04 I CALLED AND TALKED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE EMAILS TO PROVE IT. I ASKED TO RESET MY PASSWORD AND TO TRANSFER MY DOMAIN NAME FOR PARKING AND HOSTING. THEY NEVER DID THE TRANSFER AS PROMISED AND THE DOMAIN NAME EXPIRED. ALL I GET FROM THE REPS AND SOME GUY WHO CALLS HIMSELF A SUPERVISOR IS THAT I HAVE TO PAY THEM 35.00 THEN THEY WILL RELEASE THE NAME AT THEIR DISCRETION. THEY ARE PURPOSELY SCREWING THE CONSUMER SO MY ADVISE IS TO GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PARKING AND DOMAIN NAME NEEDS. THEY JUST DON'T GET IT.
