Abhorrent customer service and lack of security
A disgruntled former volunteer for our non-profit group hacked into the website we have hosted by Network Solutions. They suggested changing the password, which was done four times, to no avail. It took an investigation by the police to stop the hacker. Network Solutions completely denies any hacking, despite their own login history which proves it. Network Solutions continually ignored emails regarding a resolution to this security issue from March until July. Network Solutions continues to ignore emails, responding to every fourth or fifth email, and only after I stated I will post all emails on our website for everyone to view and evaluate for themselves. They disregarded direct written instructions when issuing a refund, causing a $149.50 loss to our non-profit group.
They refuse to refund duplicate payments, stating they consider the matter closed.
