VALENTIA, CALIFORNIA -- Run from NetZero RUN!!! Outsourced customer service will give you a run around and laugh at you. Once they get into your credit card they will continue to charge you. $2 a minute for tech support. Go to Rip Off Report and read the hundreds of negative reviews.
You will go through your 2M data in a week because the hotspot uses data even when your computer is off? They say it's a heartbeat. I downloaded a usage meter and have used about 100Mb in 5 days. Their meter says 500Mb - customer service says you have to turn the device off when not in use "how convenient." You cannot return device for refund when it doesn't work well where you live. It is on the Sprint network "worst in America."
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- Absolute guarantee that this product would work at my location. We have 100% coverage in your zip code and you will be very happy with your connection and service. Of course, no connection, no service and I'm out $28.00 for shipping and “handling” both directions. Don't walk, run away from these people as fast as you can. Fraud!!!
OHIO -- Juno was double charging me for 3 months and then had the nerve to turn my account over to their in-house collection agency when I discontinued service. Then you call this toll free number to explain it to them and all you get is a voice recording and it's only setup to take payments and there is no live person. This recording then tells you if you need further assistance send a letter to them. :) What a joke.
DENVER, COLORADO -- Had a falling-out with Comcast a while back so I decided to try NetZero dial up service for now. What I was trying to find out was how much longer does it take to download music for instance? What is streaming music or watching a video like? Sound quality? Thanks.
