SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- I purchased the Real Estate Exam prep material online for $50 and cannot access the information. There is both phone and email contact information on the website informing the consumer to just call with any questions or concerns.

I have sent numerous emails and left numerous phone messages over the past week asking for some assistance so I can utilize the web prep materials. I have not received one response! The only response I received from this company is a "Thank you for your payment" email, no assistance at all.

We do apologize that anyone was not responded to in a timely manner. Occasionally in the past we would tend to get behind on inquires or hardship requests (a request for a discounted price). We have recently taken steps to ensure that everyone is responded to in a fast, reasonable amount of time.

I can assure you that no one will pay for a product they cannot get to work. In fact, we have one of the best return policies in the business. Most (if not all) exam preparation services do not allow returns (because of their immediate helpfulness). In contrast to this, we offer a no questions asked 24 hour return window so if you don't like the product you can get your money returned. In addition to this, if you master our material and fail your exam, we will refund your money. Unlike other companies, you do not have to pay extra for a pass guarantee.

You can contact your state department of consumer affairs, and file a complaint right on line at:

http://www.consumerprotection.utah.gov/

and if you used a credit card (hopefully everyone already knows this), you can contact the credit card company and do a charged back for failure to provide a service. Using your bank card as a debit card does not offer this protection, nor does PayPal

I have been trying to contact these people for over a week. I applied for the financial hardship program they offer and they were supposed to respond within 1 business day. Haven't heard from them in weeks and I've been calling to see what is going on. I am glad I didn't just go ahead and purchase this. Thank you!

I have been emailing them all day and left numerous messages at their 801 number. I think it's shady, to say the least. No response of any kind, then I read these comments and I'm glad I did not buy it. Try "ExamSmart". They are legit and It helped me.

I have been calling there 801-609-8811 number as well as emailing them for 3 days and no one will contact me back. I would not use there course due to them being a scam.

I too asked for the hardship program, and got no response. I am glad that I did not go ahead and buy the product.

It took my money out of my checking account but I have had no response. Poor customer service or I am afraid a ig scam. I am out 50 dollqrs ..
