Fake goods, not even as described

After ordering got a confirmation email which stated that shoes would be delivered by EMS. Never heard of them before so had a look and saw was a Chinese delivery company and that the shoes were actually coming from China.

When they arrived they were in a plastic bag, and turned out to be a very tatty and badly finished pair of fake shoes which looked nothing like the ones in the photo when ordering. The pair in the photo were grey suede but the pair that I got were grey/blue denim, with stitching and seams very badly finished. A complete rip-off.

Be on the lookout for this company and avoid using them - now I look around I see a lot of other people have been ripped off too with the company never replying to emails or refunding money or accepting returns. The website looks professional & legit. Be warned.

I have seen "Air" brand shoes sold for $15-$20 per pair on street corners and at flea markets. These cheap shoes don't use the Nike "swoosh" logo, but use the word "Air" prominently. I bought a pair of those shoes once; the shoes hurt my feet after wearing them a while, and the soles cracked after about one month of wear. A waste of $15. I assume that these shoes were the "Air" shoes like I described. They would be counterfeit if a Nike "swoosh" is on them, although Nike does use Chinese manufacturers for their legit products, making it difficult sometimes to identify if it's real or fake...both say "Made In China".

Nope, these have the same logos as the originals - 'Nike Air' + the logo.

you know if you got screwed over that bad all you have to do is send them an e-mail saying you'll report them to IFCC (internet fraud complaint center) if the refuse to comply. if they still don't work with you all you have to do is report then and let the government take care of the rest.

What A Scam
Posted by on
I bought a pair of shoes from obsneakers.com, and it ended up taking more than a month for the shoes to come in the mail after it said the order would take a week to ship. The tracking service was not functional, and to this day says that my order is still "processing." When the package came in the mail, I was upset that it had taken so long but happy to try on my new shoes. I opened the package, and a completely different pair of shoes were there. The company would not accept my request for a refund, and instead offered a 15% discount on future purchases, which I did not want to accept. Finally they said I could send the shoes back, but I would have to pay for the shipping, which turned out to be $45 because the company happens to be located in China.

This service was overall disastrous and I highly recommend staying away from buying this company's merchandise, it seems as though this has happened to many people and seems like a scam.

It is bad enough that our corporations are sending our jobs and money to China. PLEASE, let's not do it as individuals as well.

There was another complaint recently about ordering from China, it was a different website. They ordered a pair of Uggs, that were supposed to be authentic, turned out to be fake, and they could not get in touch with the company in China for a refund.

You would have been better off buying shoes locally. Sure, the shoes themselves would still be made in China (or other Asian countries), but you would be supporting a local business.

Also are the Radii Moon Walkers "fitness shoes", similar to the Skechers Shape-Ups or MBT shoes? Those "fitness shoes" with the thick, cushioned soles are getting to be all the rage now.
Skye on 10/22/2010:
I think they have them for men also, though not sure which brand. I saw a guy selling his shape up sneakers on Craigslist recently. He said they hurt his back, because of how thickly cushioned the soles were, it's was throwing off his posture.

I bought a pair of Skechers, for more than I ever paid before for sneakers. They are by far, the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I went back next week and bought a solid black pair so that I could wear them to work.
