HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I pay an extra fee to receive an extended package that includes Turner Classic Movies and other popular non-premium channels. The reception is so lousy I am unable to enjoy the service. My neighbors have complained for over a year, so it is not a 'new' problem. The technician says it is because of the equipment transmitting the signal. Why hasn't it been corrected? Why am I having to pay for a BAD product? DOES ANYBODY CARE?
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want to watch the extended channels without disruption of the signal, otherwise the $6 monthly fee should be suspended until the problem is fixed.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
