Pep Boys Tire Service Rip-off Scam

In April 2008 I had a flat and took my vehicle to Pep Boys to have it fixed. I was told there was a hole in the sidewall and it couldn't be fixed and must be replaced.

Before taking your car for ANY type of service, PLEASE call the service dept for an estimate of repairs. Then call several other places.

When Is A $19.99 Oil Change $27.87
