New Caps On Pepsi
By -

I have drunken Pepsi since the 80's and love the taste but recently I noticed the caps are smaller and harder to remove and also the same complaint of the sticky bottles. Seems like Pepsi has gone cheap and decided to make the caps smaller and in the process obviously creating some leaks in the process. Smarten up Pepsi and pay a little more for the proper lid. I buy your product because it is a good product. If you don't change the cap back I am afraid you will lose some good customers and they are the ones paying your CEO's paychecks too.

Sierra Mist labeling
By -

I am legally blind and diabetic. When I go to the store I ride a cart and can see enough to pick out my own groceries. I bought what I thought was 3, 12 packs of Diet Sierra Mist. After I got home after consuming 3 cans, I realized my sugar level was spiking. I couldn't figure it out until my friend Tom who had shopped with me noticed there was no "Diet" on the boxes or cans. The colors appear identical and with my limited vision, the word diet is way to small (I had some empty cases in the back room to compare to). Pepsi Diet caffeine free is a white case, regular is blue. This makes sense.

You need to change the Sierra Mist labeling immediately. I could have died had we not caught this in time. I can't taste the difference. As it is my blood sugar went up over 600 for a short time until the extra insulin I took kicked in. Please try and resolve this. Thank you.

Where is Pepsi made
By -

I have had a lot of trouble with flat, strange tasting Pepsi also. I've gotten at least 12 cans in the past 6 months. I've also found empty cans in my cases too. I heard from a reliable source that a lot of the Pepsi ingredient is made overseas and then shipped to America. I heard it was in Asia, where we tend to get products that are unfit for human consumption.

Is that the problem with the taste and the flatness? How safe is the water they use over there? Is our American jobs over there? Are the Asians making most of the Pepsi? I am not against the Asians, but I am against Pepsi Cola charging us a fortune for a product that's mostly made overseas and the quality has gone downhill.

The Bottles Have Gotten Smaller
By -

While the bottles are easier to hold and fit better in the refrigerator, I could not help but notice that the bottles have gotten smaller. The price unfortunately did not decrease proportionally. For a person that drinks as much Pepsi in the course of the day as I do it was a real blow to my wallet. I finish a 6 pack in under three hours. My work day is 8 hours so now I have to have 2 6 packs just to get through work. This does not even touch the surface of what I need to get the rest of the evening and night. I understand that we are all facing hard economic times but I would appreciate either having the price reduced or the bottle sizes restored to the original size.

36 can case- all bad
By -

I shop at BJ's wholesale, and I have never had a problem purchasing the 36 can case of Mountain Dew. Just a few days ago I purchased the case. I opened the case, and the first can tasted horrible, and then another, and another, turns out the entire 36 can case is crap. I got a bad batch. The expiration on the cans is May 3rd 2010, and the other numbers on the can are 2011PY10299. I randomly selected a few cans from different locations throughout the case.

I even had co workers sample from the case, and this is rather discouraging that there's no way to contact the company directly. This may be me leaving the Dew Family. I think something was missing from the batch, but there's no way to find that out or get a replacement.

Contaminated Drink
By -

TENNESSEE -- This is my first time experience with Slice one of the drink from Pepsi Co. I bought the drink from a shop at local railways station, checked the expiry date and paid. After consuming quarter bottle, I noticed particles floating in the drink. I stored the bottle and went back to the same shop at the station in the evening. Asked for another bottle of Slice. Noticed every Slice drink was contaminated. The taste is definitely not original.

I am sure what they are selling is duplicated ones or spoiled drink which is not brought to the company's notice. This will surely affect the company's goodwill. I am certainly taking the samples to food testing lab to find out where the mistake is. I would regret if it's original drink of Pepsico or would advise Pepsico to take action against these small time dealers for duplicating. Awaiting response from Pepsico.

No Carbonation

MODESTO, CALIFORNIA -- I, too, have had the misfortune of purchasing canned Pepsi that was flat. I contacted the company once before about this and they were generous enough to send me coupons to replace the flat Pepsi. Well, again, I have gotten even more Pepsi that has been flat! I don't know what's going on, or what the problem may be, but I'm afraid to spend anymore money on this product. I live on a fixed income, so throwing my money out the window is never an option. After drinking Pepsi for more than half a century, I am now trying to decide what other soft drink I might enjoy.

Why Does Aquafina Flavored Water Contain Pesticide?
By -

DIAMOND POINT, NEW YORK -- I am writing this because I am disgusted with Pepsi. I attempted to complain directly to them but was given 15 runarounds on their annoying website and still was unable to "contact" them. Here is my problem. I went to use the Pepsi machine at work. I don't drink soda but wanted a bottle of plain water. The plain water was all out so I chose Aquafina grape flavored water which is non-carbonated. That is all it said on the label inside the machine.

I opened it up and took a sip and almost threw up. Sure enough, upon closer inspection, the bottled water contained Splenda which it was designed as an insecticide before it was determined it had a sweet taste and was then used for a sugar substitute. Although Splenda is made from sugar, it has a molecule removed and a chlorine molecule is added. There is nothing natural about this poison, there is nothing safe about it either, regardless of what the FDA says. Remember, these are the idiots who said things like Vioxx and Paxil were safe too.

While I am horrified by this, I am more upset I had no warning this crap was in the water. If I had, I'd not have wasted $2.00 on this poisonous water I had to throw out. They should be forced to put that info on the label on the soda machine. I am so disgusted I will never purchase another Pepsi product again. If any of you doubt what I have said about Splenda, Google "Why Splenda made me sick" and read all about people who have had severe reactions to this poison. Then boycott Pepsi.

Cunnings Sales Promotions
By -

WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA -- Over the past year I have been made aware of the cunning practices of many companies. Instead of raising the price of the product, companies have resorted to changing the packaging in order to give the consumer less product for the same price.

I have been a devoted Pepsi consumer for twenty years. I buy the 12 packs of Pepsi. I never buy at the regular price. For years I have been able to buy Pepsi 12 packs at the price of 2 for $5.00. I would have understood if the sale price went up a little, but my husband and I were very disappointed when we saw the sales fliers this week. Pepsi is now selling the cases of Pepsi with 8 cans inside the case instead of 12 cans. Follow the leader I guess. 2-8 packs for $5.00. Shame on Pepsi.
